I think 3rd grade should be 7 or 7:30 and 7th grade is 8:45.
I think 8:30 for grade 3 and 9:30 for grade 7.
Kids need their sleep. I would say 7:45 for your younger son and 8:45 or 9 for your older. Even teens need enough sleep.
