September always has that back-to-routine energy.
Work. School. Schedules. Full calendars. Real life.
But before the pace picks up again, what if you gave yourself one morning to come back to YOU?
I’m so excited to be reunited with Susan Homa for:
BACK TO ROUTINE, BACK TO YOU
A Morning of Wellness at the beautiful WELMÄ Studio in Westmount.
Join us for an intimate three-hour event designed to help you reclaim your rhythm, energy and self-care after summer and step into fall feeling grounded, clear and intentional.
We’ll move through a restorative morning of:
- De-stressing yoga flow
- Sound healing
- Reflective journaling
Time to slow down, reconnect and reset
Think of it as a three-hour exhale before fall gets going.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself, with space to think about how you want to feel, live and move through the months ahead.
Friday, September 18, 2026
9am–12pm ET
WELMÄ Studio, Westmount
Space is very limited for this intimate morning.
If you’ve been craving time to yourself after summer, or simply need a few hours to put yourself back on your own priority list, we would love to have you.
Come back to your rhythm.
Come back to your energy.
Come back to YOU.
I’ve never seen or heard of Priest Alaska lottery spell failing
I was convinced after using the numbers provided by Priest Alaska when I told him I wanted to win the lottery because of the post I saw online about his winning numbers, he said he has helped a lot of people and I won’t be an exception to that, he put in work for me after I provided the necessary Information he requested from me, after then he gave me the numbers to play after 24 hours and directed me on how to play and when I should play them which I did, I won £6.4 million pounds, I’m excited that my dream has come through, Priest Alaska is the best when it comes to winning the lottery with spell and prayers. I would like you to learn about Priest Alaska email him at alaskaspellcaster44 @ gmail. com.
