Happy Autumn Equinox!

This day is symbolic. It is the equilibrium of day and night (meaning there is exactly the same amount of daylight as darkness today), and this represents that both light and darkness exists in all our lives.

The long summer nights have started to pass and we are now entering a season of transition.

The equinox will happen at 3:21pm EST today, officially marking fall.

I’d love to invite you to sit in stillness for 15 minutes today around this time and take a moment to experience gratitude for the transition in season, a moment to take stock of what is working for you, and what you can shed this season- just like the leaves.
