  1. Plan a fun evening activity tonight
  2. Unplug from your email after 5pm today until Monday morning. See if you can also unplug from your phone tonight at 8pm – HARD STOP
  3. Set an intention for your upcoming week
    Ex: This week I will not procrastinate and will stay on top of my tasks.
    This week I will incorporate breathing into my daily routine to feel better.
    This week, I will try and not take things so personally and therefore deflate my mood.
