I needed the this morning. My favorite is “speak the truth even if your voice shakes” and “a ship in port is safe but thats not what ships are built for”. I feel motivated to take my ship out to sail. Thank you for this.
A lovely post. Like Lisa, I especially liked “Speak the truth even if your voice shakes.” I saw a piece of graffiti once that would have fit in perfectly here. It was in Italy, written in English in enormous, gorgeous, elaborate letters that simply said: Hell yeah. An affirmation of life that I try to live by.
Great post. Lots resonated but I like the one about figuring out what makes you happy. No need to make it complicated! And I like the last quote too!. They are ALL good.
I just had to have a very hard conversation with my best girlfriend to voice my concerns about the man she is marrying. Things got ugly – fast. The two that resonated most with me based on that was the “speak the truth” one, and then the “apologizing” one. I did both of those things in the course of about an hour, and we are still friends because of it.
Lisa, I have to say that this is one uplifting post! I feel for each of these sayings, neither one more so than the others. It’s all life and every aspect resonates so true. Its perked up my day…but I’m about to go to bed haha
Wonderful! Apologizes resonate with me. I find that all too often I get blinders on and forget that my way isn’t the only way, usually as it relates to the husband. 🙂

Lisa, I love that. I’m taking my ship out to sail too. 😉 Happy Wednesday.
Love it. I am sending this to all of my good friend to inspire them!
Great post. I needed this today. I’m leaving the dock.

I love these…but the “apologize” one stuck with me today.
