Happy Spring Equinox.
Much like our closets and drawers get cluttered and disorganized over time, so do our minds. Our cluttered spaces are often a representation of our cluttered minds.
Setting intentions is a great way to clean the junk drawer and feel more peace in our head and heart.
If it’s not in alignment with your intentions, your answer this spring might be ‘no.’ See steps below.
Setting intentions (especially during the season of spring), is a beautiful gift you give yourself.
I invite my yoga students to do it on the mat, and I would like to invite you today as well.
3 Steps To Setting Intentions
- Take some time this week to set 1-3 spring intentions for yourself.
- Post them in a visible spot to make sure that your goals and tasks are in alignment with your intentions.
- If sometimes comes along that isn’t in alignment with your intentions- can you delete, delay or delegate?
Here are 5 intentions to get you started. Save this post for inspo and accountability.
I’d love to hear one of your spring intentions below. Declare it if you may.
