I have been doing and teaching these for years as a life coach and yoga & meditation teacher, but Hal so eloquently gives us the perfect acronym: S.A.V.E.R.S. This morning routine is LIFE CHANGING.

How to have a Miracle Morning:
S.A.V.E.R.S:
Silence – prayer, meditation, breathe, reflect, sit and enjoy the peaceful quiet time
Affirmations – repeat self-affirmations that are positive and empowering. “I am in charge of how I feel today and I am choosing happiness.”
Visualization – close your eyes and imagine in vivid detail what you would be looking at if the dream you have were already realized
Exercise – get your body moving to kickstart your day and your metabolism, boost your energy & well-being
Read – read something that inspires you. Personal development, spiritual, motivational (I am doing the R from SAVERS with the actual Miracle Morning book this morning on #SelfCareSunday! All sorts of goodness here!)
Scribe – or write. Journal your thoughts, goals and prayers. What are you grateful for today? Today I hope to accomplish… Today I am happy because…
