The little 5-minuter is the perfect guided morning meditation to find your breath and kick off your day. If you’re looking for something a little deeper, go for Erica’s 10-minute guided meditation. I especially love the 10-minute at night before bed, practiced in bed.
Never meditated before? No worries, I’ve got you! Just find a quiet space, put on your earphones, close your eyes, and press PLAY.
