Off the Fence and Saying Goodbye to Women on the Fence

Sometimes, you just know when it’s time for a change. When it’s time to take a new path, shake up your look, or look at life from a new perspective.

Or, in my case, reinvent your brand for a new decade. (Keep reading for the big reveal!)

For me, that moment came in the Fall of 2019 at the Blissdom conference for women’s lifestyle content creators. I used to attend these conferences regularly, back when they were conferences primarily for mom bloggers and the brands that wanted to work with them. It was the perfect event for me to attend as the creator of the Women on the Fence brand. But over the last few years, I had skipped the annual event.

For some reason, I felt a pull to fly down to Nashville this past fall…and I’ll always be so glad I did.

Because it was there that it became evident that what you and I have built together, in a collaboration as creator and reader, over the last 10 years with WomenOnTheFence.com has grown into something so much bigger than I could have originally imagined.

It was at Blissdom that I realized it was time to gift myself an even bigger, more expansive digital space and brand to grow into.

And that, is EricaDiamond.com.

This reinvention isn’t about letting go of the past, it’s about taking ownership of my future.

This brand refresh isn’t about saying goodbye to the Women On the Fence community, it’s about creating a bigger ‘tent’ that we can welcome even more women into.

It’s about empowering myself to live my truth and supporting other women in doing the same.

Sometimes you know when it’s time to close a chapter to make room for something new, something different, something that feels so right.

But, where’s WomenOnTheFence.com, you might wonder?

It’s all still right here! I have simply re-routed the URL of our old website, and ported all the same classic content over to the new EricaDiamond.com. As I said, this isn’t a ending, or a ‘goodbye’, or a stepping away from — it’s a re-imagining of what’s always been.

HERE’S WHAT’S NEW:

Fresh new look. New podcast. Accessibility and navigation of content is much enhanced and improved. New talks. New url. New logo. New reel.
