Happy Tuesday. I received tons of messages thanking me for my self-care regime infograhic yesterday. As I have come to learn in my many years of experience as a mentor to women, life coach and yoga teacher, many of us aren’t that great at self-care.
It sparked an idea.
The past is the past. What’s done is done.
But, there is still half a month left.
So, I have created a self-care calendar for you to follow throughout the balance of the month of May. Self-care activities for you to do every day.
I hope you’ll print the calendar out, and post it in a visible spot, so you can begin the self-love journey, if you aren’t there yet.
