Maybe I’m still living in the past, but this was the Sexiest Man Alive EVER for moi.
Hello ladies! Long time no connect. Sorry I have been off the radar for the past week. I left for Los Angeles last Monday as you know, returned home Thursday night and then left again Friday morning with the fam for Toronto to celebrate my cousin’s bat mitzvah.
It’s gooood to be home!

When I was a kid, I couldn’t go to sleep unless I completed a very specific set of nightly routines. I was inexplicably terrified of water dripping from the bathroom tap, so I worked at tightening the faucet until I was sure I was safe. The bathroom light switch had to be flicked on and off exactly 10 times. Each item on my shelves and desk needed to be perfectly aligned and I felt compelled to yell, “Goodnight Ma!”, from my bed at least a dozen times.
Happy Halloween! Today marks the first day of most of North America’s temporary weight gain. Mazel tov! Mine lasts as long my sons’ candy lasts– which is usually a long time. The boys are pretty enthusiastic about going from HOUSE TO HOUSE TO HOUSE TO HOUSE to collect heaps of sugar.

When I do this exercise with clients, I usually get negative statements. For a lot of us, we let our damaging views of ourselves to dominate our psyche and eventually to become the reality.
