Welcome to our 60-minute vitality flow yoga class (part of my ‘Healthy at Home’ yoga series). If you’d like to practice with us today, you will need a yoga mat (or beach towel), and a set of yoga blocks if you have (not mandatory).
I promised a tip a day for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and the grand finale today culminates in yoga.
You have a nice opportunity now— with tons of free content and teachers offering all different styles of classes, now is the time to explore new things. I’ve had people tell me they have tried yoga for the first time under quarantine. That makes me so happy.
