We are living through really challenging times, and I’m seeing it becoming increasingly more challenging these past few weeks for many of my coaching clients.

What is learned helplessness? Consider an example: “A child who performs poorly on math tests and assignments will quickly begin to feel that nothing he does will have any effect on his math performance. When later faced with any type of math-related task, he may experience a sense of helplessness.”

If you are struggling right now, it’s important to look for what you CAN do, if ONLY IN YOUR MIND.

We have about 60-70,000 thoughts a day. About 90-95% are the same thoughts we had yesterday— they keep repeating. And about 80% of those thoughts are negative. I know. That’s just the science, friends. You might have heard that our thoughts create our reality. And that’s true, therefore our thoughts are ENERGY. Our thoughts then become the energy that we create in our bodies— good or bad. Our minds are really powerful like that.

So, if you are struggling right now, and if you feel like you can’t change your current situation, see if you can change your VIEW or MINDSET about your situation. It helps a lot.

Wishing you a good upcoming week,
