Give Yourself Some Of That Self-Love

The other night I posted something to my stories which got a lot of hearts and 100%

It said the following:

I should go to bed

But I’m really enjoying being up late and watching my show and playing around

Sometimes self-care is going to bed early

Sometimes self-care is being tired the next morning because you’re really having fun now

The key is to put it all into balance and moderation

Just remember, self-care isn’t selfish

If you weren’t raised to honor yourself, your needs and your boundaries, it’s never too late to course-correct. I help women like you everyday, so I know it’s possible to break old thought patterns and change your life for the better.

Also remember, it’s a short summer. And it’s middle July. This is your reminder to make sure you’re going for evening walks, ice cream store visits, lunch dates with friends, dinner in a park al fresco, sitting by a body of water with a great book. Make sure you take full advantage now.

  1. I’ve read recently that students nowadays have the same stress levels as psych patients in the 19th century. Maybe the key is regular resting and self love
